Shipping & Returns (Malaysia)

This policy applies to orders placed on scentworld.my and delivered within Malaysia. 

Shipping

  • Coverage: West (Peninsular) & East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).
  • Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (MYT) are dispatched the same or next working day.
  • ETA (estimate): Peninsular 1–3 working days; East Malaysia 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Fees: Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

Returns

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Non‑returnable once opened: fragrance oils, refills, aerosols, samples; items marked Final Sale.
  • Damaged/defective/wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Exchanges & Methods

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days for eligible unopened items (subject to availability). Any price difference and re‑delivery fees apply.
  • Return method: By courier to our Malaysia return address (provided in the RMA instructions).
  • Restocking fee: None.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return window extension: Not offered.
